Report Animal Abuse or Neglect

To report animal cruelty and neglect, contact the Ontario Animal Protection Call Centre at 1-833-9ANIMAL.

If an animal’s life is in immediate danger, contact the police at 911.

A stray dog at large can be reported to Ottawa By-Law and Regulatory Services at 3-1-1.
