Report Animal Abuse or Neglect

To report animal cruelty and neglect, contact the Ontario Animal Protection Call Centre at 1-833-9ANIMAL.

If an animal’s life is in immediate danger, contact the police at 911.

A stray dog at large can be report to Ottawa By-Law and Regulatory Services at 3-1-1. 

To get support for a lost or stray pet, you can contact us at intake@ottawahumane.ca or 613-715-3166 ext. 223.
