Customer Service Representative: Foster (Part-Time)

The Ottawa Humane Society is a shelter for animals in need, but also works in areas including community outreach and services, education, and advocacy for animal welfare in the Ottawa region and beyond. For many homeless animals, foster care makes all the difference in their recovery and finding their forever home. The customer service representative: foster helps coordinate foster care for Ottawa's animals.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Assistant Veterinary Technician certificate, a minimum of one year relevant clinical experience, or a combination thereof
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service
- Experience working closely with, and supporting, volunteers is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional working proficiency in spoken and written English is required
