As the Manager: People and Culture you will play a key role in supporting our dedicated team by leading and managing the human resources functions of the OHS.

- This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Post-secondary school diploma or certificate in a related field – human resources management preferred
- CHRP/CHRL designation preferred
- Minimum of four years’ experience in human resources management
- Minimum of one year staff management experience
- Experience working in labour relations and unionized environments
- Experience with HRIS systems - ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English is required
