As the Manager: People and Culture you will play a key role in supporting our dedicated team by leading and managing the human resources functions of the OHS.

  • This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Post-secondary school diploma or certificate in a related field – human resources management preferred
  • CHRP/CHRL designation preferred
  • Minimum of four years’ experience in human resources management
  • Minimum of one year staff management experience
  • Experience working in labour relations and unionized environments 
  • Experience with HRIS systems - ADP Workforce Now preferred 
  • Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English is required
