In the role of Manager, Development Operations (CRM, Systems & Processes), you will bring your technical expertise in CRM, systems, data, and processes to drive improvements and optimize donor engagement. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of CRM and fundraising operations, with the opportunity to take on people management responsibilities.
Reporting to a Senior Manager, you’ll be supported in developing your leadership skills, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with people management experience or someone looking to strengthen it while continuing to build on their technical expertise.

- This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
- Evenings and weekends required on occasion.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in data management, database administration, or a related field.
- CFRE designation is an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years’ progressive experience in development or fundraising department.
- Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience.
- Advanced experience in a CRM (Raiser’s Edge preferred), including developing system procedures, data analytics, dashboards, and performance measurement.
- Knowledge of CASL, privacy legislation, and CRA charitable receipting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English is required
