In the role of Attendant: Direct Response, you are responsible for triaging and responding to telephone and email communication as well as support donor stewardship communication and following up. Processing outgoing mail. Updating and maintaining accurate reports, records, files, and client records in chameleon and Raiser's Edge and complete other administrative tasks. Support, provide orientation and training to coworkers, volunteers, students and work placements. 

What We Offer You:

$21.73 - $24.50 hourly

  • Full time contract for 6 months
  • Total bi-weekly hours: 75 hours

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent
  • Post-secondary diploma or certificate in fundraising is an asset
  • Minimum of one year education, or experience, in office administration
  • Profieciency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Chameleon and/or Raiser's Edge experience is an asset
  • Professional working proficiency in spoken and written English is required
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is preferred
