What We Offer You:

$26.96 - $32.82 hourly

  • Canada Summer Jobs full time contract (8 weeks)
  • 35 hours per week (70 hours bi-weekly)
  • We are hiring for two openings for this role, each with a different schedule. Please apply to the position(s) that best match your availability:
    • Contract position from June 29 – August 23. Full time (Tuesday - Saturday).
    • Contract position from June 1 – July 26. Full-time, 2 week rotating (Sunday - Thursday)

 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Veterinary Technician diploma from a recognized college
  • Registration with the Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians preferred
  • Professional working proficiency in spoken English and limited working proficiency in written English is required.

In order to be eligible for the Canada Summer Jobs Program, candidates must:

  1. Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the beginning of the employment period;
  2. Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment; and;
